The company charges minimum fees for services rendered, as prescribed by the relevant governing bodies, including The Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (Estate Agents Act 20:17) and the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe (Valuers Act Chapter 27:18). However, fees can be negotiated with the consent of the governing bodies, depending on the scope and complexity of the mandate. Below are the minimum statutory fees set by the governing bodies:
Sales Commission (Fees): 5% of the selling price
Residential Property Management Fees: 15% of the gross rentals
Commercial Property Management Fees: 10% of the gross rentals
Industrial Property Management Fees: 10% of the gross rentals
Valuation Fees: As per the applicable scale of fees
